The Big, Big, Big, Big, Big...Fresno Fair!!

Last week we took Audrey out to the Big Fresno Fair. The night before, Aaron and I were talking details and he mentioned that maybe we could eat before we go to save some money. Really, Aaron? That is one of the only reasons I go to the fair is to eat the fair food. I replied back nicely that he could eat before he went to save us some money. Ultimately, we all enjoyed the yummy food at the fair. As soon as we got there, we headed to the very large children's playground. Audrey, Kaleb, and Abby could not get enough of the slides, bridges, and tunnels. While they ran around freely, always being watched by one of us, the adults took turns getting food. After dinner, we washed our hands and went to check out the animals. The kids loved this part...maybe even a little bit more than the very large playground. We wondered around for a bit, washed our hands, and then had one more stop to make before going home. That's right, the cinnamon roll booth! Nani and Papa's treat and a must before leaving the fair. It was a great way to end a wonderful evening at the big, big, big, big, big, Fresno Fair.
Fresno Fair, here we come!

It was entertaining watching Papa teach the little ones how to rope and milk a cow. He knew what he was doing for sure! My dad was raised on a farm from the time he was an infant. It was funny because any normal person would think the smell in the building was outrageous. Not Papa, he took a deep breath in as soon as we entered; it reminded him of the good old days.

Audrey milking the cow all by herself, after she told Papa, "No, Papa, I do!"

Trying to drive the tractor. Waiting and wishing that the tractor would drive itself.

Roping a cow with Papa.

Learning about pigs from big cousin, Kaleb.

Nani and Papa's grandkids.

Our happy family of three, just before enjoying our cinnamon rolls.
